1. Overview

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Mevagarh Gift Box Creator platform operated by Sonali Agro (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Minimum Quantity

All gift box orders are subject to a minimum order quantity of 100 boxes per configuration. Orders below this threshold cannot be processed. Prices shown are wholesale rates and may vary based on customisation, quantity, and market conditions.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.

4. Product Availability

Products are subject to availability. We may substitute ingredients of equivalent quality if a particular item is out of stock, with prior notice. Images shown are representative and actual products may vary slightly.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on order size, customisation, and logistics. We will communicate expected delivery dates at order confirmation. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon dispatch.

6. Cancellations & Returns

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted. Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective goods reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including designs, images, and text — is the property of Sonali Agro and may not be reproduced without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonali Agro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform or products purchased through it.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India.
